My management style is characterized by a very active, hands-on involvement in services and product development with an emphasis on providing both technical and team leadership.

Anjana Patel

Anjana is responsible for driving the tactical and daily operation of the company’s hospitality assets, as well as overseeing sales, marketing, and revenue strategy. She is an administrative professional with over 10 years of experience supporting business solutions and analyzing business operations. She a graduate of University of the Pacific – Eberhardt School of Business with Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A) with a minor in Communications and Entrepreneurship degree.

Chirag Patel

Chirag Patel oversees the Finance department as Chief Financial Officer for Silver Lining Hotels. He oversees the finance team for the entire company’s hospitality assets which includes finding promising finance talents for Silver Lining Hotels. Chirag has strength for managing large and effective teams in senior leadership roles and leading his team to identify improvements and efficiencies to optimize profitability. Chirag graduated from San Francisco State University and has a degree in Bachelor of Science in Business with a Focus in Finance.

Premal Mehta

Chief Development Officer - premal@silverlinghotels.com

Premal is responsible for the direct oversight and coordination of all construction department-related activities for Silver Lining Hotels hospitality property locations. From inception to closeout, Premal prepares and distributes all project-related budgets and schedules, while issuing and managing all contracts related to construction management, design, and engineering production drawings. Premal has led the development of several real estate construction projects and has created successful development ventures through analysis of market opportunities, economic viability, and cost optimization.

Harsit Patel

Harsit earned his B.A degree in Information Technology from San Jose University. Harsit Patel is responsible for all aspects of IT including applications, infrastructure, business intelligence, project management, and security for the entire company and all company’s hospitality assets. Harsit as Director of Enterprise Application and Operations at Stanford Federal Credit Union as years of experience in managing enterprise level applications and IT infrastructure.
